These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LeadToTour text messaging service ("the Service"). By calling a participating property and engaging with our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to end messaging at any time.
LeadToTour provides a missed-call text-back messaging service for apartment communities. When you call a participating property's phone number and your call is not answered, the Service sends you a text message from LeadToTour inviting you to share your leasing inquiry. Messages you send are delivered to the leasing office you called — the intended recipient of your inquiry — and that office's responses are relayed back to you by text. LeadToTour does not engage in affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation, and does not sell, rent, or trade consumer information.
By placing a call to a participating property, you consent to receive follow-up text messages from LeadToTour related to your inquiry. Consent is given directly to LeadToTour, applies only to this messaging program, and is not bundled with any other agreement. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Service; you will typically receive one follow-up message per missed call, plus replies to messages you send. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. If you want to rejoin, you can start a new inquiry by calling a participating property again. For assistance, reply HELP or email hello@leadtotour.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend messaging to any number that misuses the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Leasing information relayed through the Service is provided by the participating property, and LeadToTour does not guarantee its accuracy, nor the availability or pricing of any apartment unit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadToTour is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
